What differences can we identify among us, with the naked eye? Visible diversities can include ethnicity, gender, age, physical or even religious limitations. Many of them are impossible to camouflage and are therefore subject to value judgements. Several studies are consistent in claiming that we implicitly favour people who look like us. In this workshop we face our unconscious biases.

Human diversity is not limited to what is different in appearance. Examples of this are socioeconomic, geographic or family context, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, faith and religion, as well as many other existing cultural diversities. But is it important to acknowledge these diversities in society and in organisational contexts? How can we recognise, understand and address them?
