For many people, the decision to go to the cinema is simple. Essentially, you need to choose the day and time. Will it be the same for a visually impaired or deaf person? Will you be able to watch any film? In any cinema?

Being aware that many people in Portugal, from a very young age, are not allowed to develop a taste or habit of going to the cinema, we propose to reflect on the responsibilities for this continued exclusion and discrimination. We shall bring together spectators (or potential spectators), distributors, and exhibitors to discuss the reasons for the barriers and ways to overcome them.
