Culturgest is presenting the first exhibition in Portugal of Jean Painlevé (1902-1989), a pioneering documentarian and photographer of animal life and, in particular, of underwater fauna, bringing together a set of films and photographs that allow us to map the various aspects of this author's unique universe.

On 8 February, we'll be exploring this artist's unique universe with interpretation in Portuguese Sign Language. For this visit, we will be joined by mediator Ana Isabel Gonçalves and a Portuguese Sign Language interpreter from the Hands Voice team.
