The cycle of Desconcentrar brings together activities focused on artistic creation and production in the area of visual arts, in territories with low population density. As part of this cycle, the Meia Sombra exhibition – an expression that refers to the transition point between light and darkness – presents works resulting from an artistic residency carried out in collaboration with the Caramulo Museum, where fragments and details from the art collection of the museum are explored, occasionally anchored in works from the CGD Collection. In a symbolic and formal approach. The exhibition highlights the marginal, the threshold, and integrates the nature around the mountain, presenting new perspectives on artistic objects. Detail unfolds in this exhibition in dimensions, such as fragments or detail, appealing to those who observe, and expanding the processes of the perception and reception of art.
